The 19th Great Chefs of Hong Kong – Tuesday, 11 May 2010
M’s chefs have been participating in the Great Chefs event for 19 years, when this year we served up 800 portions of our famous Palova – remarkable, considering we don’t even have a kitchen! The event raises funds for children with special needs under the care of Heep Hong Society.  heephong.org

Hong Kong Wine Walk – Friday, 28 May 2010
A wine walk around Central and Sheung Wan, stopping at 20 of Hong Kong’s most interesting and exclusive boutique shops. Participants have a chance to taste any of more than 110 wines on display, from some of the world’s best wine regions. Surprise entertainment will appear at a few venues. A portion of ticket sales will go to spport Hong Kong Dog Rescue. hongkongwineweek.com
