Mure Dickie

Mure Dickie has been Tokyo bureau chief for the Financial Times since 2008, prior to which he was the FT’s Beijing correspondent, with responsibility for areas such as technology and internet companies, telecoms, oil, drinks, media and airlines. He has also been the FT’s Taipei correspondent and worked for Reuters in Beijing and Tokyo. Mure studied Chinese at London University’s School of Oriental and African Studies in 1992-1993 and at Beijing Normal University in 1993-1994.The Second Annual Greatl FT Debate: China Will Be A Superpower by 2020.
