The Shanghai Edible Book Competition

2011 Winners

In celebration of books and food, we held our second annual books2eat competition on Sunday, March 20, 2011, the final day of the 2011 Shanghai International Literary Festival. Participants created a book - or a title, character or scene – from something edible, and the results were truly remarkable. Thank you to our all-star team of judges: Dominique Harris, Christina Schmigel, Nick Malgieri and Nury Vittachi.
