In celebration of books and food, we held our second annual books2eat competition on Sunday, March 21, 2010, the final day of the 2010 Shanghai International Literary Festival. Participants created a book - or a title, character or scene – from something edible, and the results were truly remarkable.Congratulations to everyone who entered - and to our winners, below:

People's Choice
Winner: For Whom the Bell Tolls by Marta Font Merino
Runner Up: 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea by Haley, Derek & Emma

Most Professional
Winner: Alice in Wonderland by Revital Malech
Runner up: Shopaholic by Ingrid Schroeder

Tastiest
