Eric Hou is the reason functions run smoothly at Capital M. A native of Guangxi, Eric applies his academic background – he has a BSC (Hons) in hospitality management from the University of Plymouth -- and practical experience in restaurants and hotels in Europe and China, ensuring that Capital M’s functions run in style, and without a hitch.

According to Eric, a successful function is equal parts detail – and dream. “Our goal is to create our clients’ dream function, and to do so, our team focuses on the details.”
